Occam Global Places CMO of EveryONE Medicines
In April 2025, Occam Global, a leader in executive recruiting for the life sciences, placed Michelle Mellion, MD, as CMO of EveryONE Medicines, a company pioneering personalized genetic medicines for children with life-threatening neurodegenerative diseases.
Michelle brings extensive experience in evaluating and treating neurological diseases, having worked in both academic and clinical development settings. Most recently, she was the CMO at PepGen. Prior to joining PepGen, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Fulcrum Therapeutics, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Biogen. Michelle completed her residency at Brown Medical School, received her M.D. from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and earned her B.A. in Molecular Biology from Colgate University.
