Occam’s UK Practice Expands, Placing Swati Chatterjee as SVP Sales & Business Development of Chemify
Chemify, a BlueYard and Triatomic investment, leverages an innovative platform combining sophisticated robotics, software, and data science to enable a comprehensive digitization of the known and imagined universe of chemicals as the basis for their sophisticated refinement and manufacturing. The platform has myriad applications including specialty chemicals, therapeutics, and AgTech. In June of 2023, Occam recruited Swati Chatterjee as Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Chemify. In Swati, Chemify captures a potent blend of technical sophistication, operational musculature, and elevated strategic wisdom, virtues that will serve the company well as it scales up toward commercialization. She will partner with COO & CTO, Daniel Delubac, PhD, whom Occam placed at Chemify in 2022.
Swati joins Chemify from Abzena, a leading end-to-end integrated CDMO for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) and complex biologic molecules. Chatterjee received her Masters in Biochemistry from the University of Calcutta.
