Occam Places Dawn de los Santos as VP of People at Vestaron

Vestaron is a privately held ag biotech company dedicated to improving the safety, efficacy and sustainability of crop protection through migration from chemical pesticides to biological peptides. The company closed an $82 Series C in May 2022 with Novo Holdings, Northpond Ventures and Anterra Capital as lead investors.

Occam placed Dawn de los Santos as Vestaron’s inaugural VP of People in May 2022. Dawn’s extensive career as an HR professional began with Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Biosciences Division, where she led the implementation of HR Functional Excellence initiatives across multiple business units. Dawn received an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
