Occam recruited Nipun Soni as CFO in June of 2023. Nipun arrives at Picarro with over two decades of diverse finance and operational expertise in both public and private multinational corporations. He has actively supported numerous capital raises in both public and private markets, demonstrating a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Picarro, he served as the CFO at BillionToOne, a leading private cancer diagnostic company. Preceding this position, he held key leadership roles within public companies such as Oracle Corporation, KLA Corporation, Quotient Technology, and Guardant Health.
