
This fall, Occam placed Martha Carruthers as Head of Business Development for Latent Labs. Martha brings nearly two decades of commercial strategy and corporate development experience within big pharma and biotech. She previously served as Chief Business Officer at Avagen Therapeutics and led corporate development at Pear Therapeutics. Earlier in her career, she led marketing efforts for Janssen's Healthcare Innovation Group.
Martha holds an HBSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
