Occam's Partnership with LabGenius Endures with the Placement of CSO
In May 2025, Occam Global, a leading biotech executive recruiting firm, placed Angus Sinclair, PhD, as Chief Scientific Officer at London-based LabGenius Therapeutics.
As CSO, Sinclair will leverage his extensive experience in drug discovery to lead LabGenius’ scientific strategy, driving innovation in both pipeline and platforms. Angus joins LabGenius from IGM Biosciences, where he was EVP, Research, overseeing the advancement of over 15 novel, potent antibody-based therapeutics from concept through preclinical development, resulting in multiple IND filings. Prior, Angus was Senior Director of Oncology Research at Northern Biologics, leading the validation of novel oncology targets. He also held several senior positions at Amgen during his 13-year tenure, including Scientific Director ofOncology Research.
Angus received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from The University of Edinburgh and his PhD in Hematology/Molecular Biology from University College London.
