Occam Global Names John Holodnak Chief Executive Officer, William Holodnak Chairman, and Teresa Reti Partner

NEW YORK, Sept. 2, 2026 — Occam Global (Occam), the executive search, advisory, and venture investment firm for founders, boards, and investors across the innovation economy, today announced a series of leadership changes alongside continued momentum across the firm. Effective today, John Holodnak has been named Chief Executive Officer, succeeding co-founder William “Bill” Holodnak, who becomes Chairman. Teresa Reti has been promoted to Partner.

The changes come as Occam’s defense technology practice has grown by more than 300% over the past year and its venture investing activity has expanded to include more than 50 early-stage companies.
