Schindler most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Novo Nordisk, where he led global research and early development across major therapeutic areas. A distinguished R&D leader, he brings deep scientific expertise and strategic perspective to support Cradle’s continued growth and enterprise partnerships.
He studied Biology at the University of Göttingen and received his PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Cambridge.
