Teresa Reti is a Partner at Occam Global, an executive search, advisory, and venture investment firm serving founders, boards, and investors across the innovation economy, spanning the life sciences, technology, and venture capital. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has built many of the relationships now central to Occam’s life sciences, technology, and venture practices, focusing on C-suite and board formation for companies from seed stage through the public markets.
Teresa is particularly focused on how TechBio will reshape not only the life sciences but adjacent frontiers in agriculture, food, climate, and energy, and recruiting for diversity is central to her practice. She brings an unconventional path to executive search: before Occam, she spent more than a decade in the international art world as a gallery director in New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and later founded her own art advisory — initiating and closing multi-million-dollar transactions and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and artists. She brings that same judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and eye for creativity to founders, scientists, and venture capitalists.
Teresa holds a BA in Art History with a minor in Economics from Stanford University, where she was a National Merit Scholar, and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, where she was a Forté Fellow. She lives in Los Angeles and remains an avid supporter of the arts.
